Lingerie Sewing Vlog ❤︎ Sewing a Zero Waste Balconette Bra and High Waist Lingerie Set

In this video I whip up a super cute zero waste lingerie set. The floral fabric I used for the balconette bra was up-cycled from a previous lingerie set making it a unique one-of-a-kind zero waste design. Since the floral fabric was mostly scraps, I was only able to make one bra in a size 32B. Zero-waste designs reduce global textile waste by utilizing the leftover scrap materials from other designs in production. This sustainable design practice uses special pattern making and cutting techniques minimizing the impact on the environment. I’m really happy with how both the balconette bra and high waist panty turned out. I definitely want to remake these lingerie designs in more colors and fabrics.
